Registration
Registration can be processed via following online system (Confit) during the registration period (14th January - 13th June 2025).
An early bird registration fee is available for those who register and pay by 30th April 2025.
If you are only participating in the working group (WG) and not attending other events, please contact the Secretariat (secretariat@cigre2025osaka.jp) via email.

- This colloquium is an in-person event.
- Registration fee includes tutorials, sessions, exhibition, Welcome Party, Gala Dinner, Technical Tour.
- Registration fee does not include Accommodations.
- Early bird Registration is available until 30th April. In this case, payment must be completed.
- On-site registration will not be accepted during Colloquium. Participants must register and pay online through online system (Confit) by 13th June.
- The colloquium staff will take a photo and video during the colloquium and related events and show some of the documents to participants after the colloquium. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Payment
Payment can only be made online by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club credit cards are available.
Cancellation / Refund
If you cancel your registration, no refunds will be made after the completion of payment.
However, only in the event of a serious incident, a refund will be made after deducting the necessary expenses, on presentation of the required documents.
